Test Class

This class has been the most requested in the 10 years we've been teaching! In this knife making class, students will learn the art of creating a high-quality, custom chef's knife from start to finish. Please note, while we will be utilizing the forge for portions of this class, the primary method we will be using is known as stock removal, this gives us more control over the final project and allows us to complete the class in just a single day. The class typically covers the following aspects:

1. Introduction to Knife Making: An overview of the tools, materials, and techniques involved in crafting a chef's knife.

2. Design: Guidance on designing the shape, size, and style of the chef's knife based on individual preferences and needs.
